I though why not try something else out at least for a little while before my HostMonster account totally expired. Right away I checked out HostGator as I’ve always heard the two services almost always together. I spent about 45 minutes on their website and chatting with live customer service asking questions. I noticed their demo control panel was greatly faster than my current HostMonster control panel. I wondered if this was by design being a demo. I absolutely LOVE it and my control panel IS as fast as the demo and I’ve got to admit their “green” status pushed me to purchase with them right away. Even though I’ve only been using HostGator about a week now, I’d recommend them to anyone however I will post followups in a few months to come and tell you if my recommendation stands.
